摘要
利用Jenike剪切测试方法测定了4种不同煤种煤粉的剪切强度,得出煤粉的流动函数,以此研究了煤粉的含水率、粒径分布、表面特征等因素对煤粉流动性的影响.结果表明:相同的煤种,相似粒径分布的煤粉,随着含水率的增加,其流动函数值不断减小,流动能力变差;对同一种煤的3个不同粒径分布的煤粉试样的试验结果表明:相近水分的同种煤粉,随着煤粉中细粉含量的增加,煤粉的流动函数值变小,流动能力变差;研究还发现,在其它条件类似的情况下,煤粉表面结构的差异对煤粉的流动性有时也有较显著的影响.
Flowability of pulverized coal was investigated based on a standard shear testing technique for bulk solids using the Jenike shear cell. Flow functions of four kinds of pulverized coal were determined. Relationships between the flow function and characteristics of the coals, such as moisture content, size and size distribution, coal type etc. , were studied. Results indicate that flowabilities of pulverized coal with approximately same sizes become worse with the increasing in moisture content, and the flowability of pulverized coal also become worse when the coal particles become finer at the same moisture content. It is found that coal type can affect the flowability because of different particle surface characteristics.
