摘要
提出了一种先拓扑优化再参数优化的设计方法.针对优化设计对象CTR-200g型精密离心机负载盘,采用模糊归一法建立了拓扑优化的数学模型,借助仿真软件Optistruct进行拓扑优化设计,得到了清晰的拓扑结构,并对概念设计进行了基于灵敏度分析的参数优化设计,得到了负载盘的最佳结构.优化结果表明,负载盘的质量比初始设计方案减轻了198.4 kg,降低了12.9%.
Put forward the design method of topology optimization. Aiming at the load pan of CTR - 200g precision centrifuge as the optimum design object, fuzzy normalized optimum design method was adopted to establish the mathematical model for topology optimization. Based on the software Optistruct, the load pan was topology optimized, and the distinct topological structure was obtained. According to the parameter optimization founded on sensitivity analysis, the optimal design of load pan was obtained. The optimal results show that the weight of the load pan decreases by 198.4 kg and 12. 9% compared with the initial structure of the load pan.
