摘要 在固定床流动反应器中用一种工业Ni/Al2O3催化剂考察了模拟无氢焦炉煤气中甲烷与二氧化碳转化反应的工艺条件,在反应温度为700~1000℃,压力为0.1—0.6MPa,CO2/CH4比例为1.0~2.5范围内,甲烷转化率随温度和CO2/CH4比例升高而增大,随压力增大而下降,理想空速为2700h^-1,理想CO2/CH4比例为2,甲烷转化率可达100%.XRD分析表明,Ni/Al2O3催化剂在反应过程中有一定的积碳生成,但是容易再生. In a fixed-bed flow reactor and under an industrial Ni/Al2O3 catalyst, the reaction conditions of CO2 and CH4 which simulated coke oven gas without H2 were studied. At reaction temperatures of 700 - 1 000 ℃, system pressures of 0. 1 -0. 6 MPa and CO2/CH4 ratio 1.0 -2.5 ranges, CH4 conversion increases as temperature and the CO2/CH4 ratio increase, and decreases as pressure goes up. The optimal space velocity is 2 700 h^-1, and CO2/CH4 ratio is 2. The CH4 conversion can attain 100 %. The catalyst has some carbon deposition during reaction, but it is easy to regeneration by air combustion.
