分析了当前县级图书馆馆员素质现状,提出了21世纪图书馆员应具备的素质,以及图书馆员提高自身素质的途径。
This paper analyzes the present situation of county-level librarians＇ quality, puts forward the qualities that the librarians should possess in 21st century, and probes into some paths for improving librarians＇ quality.
