摘要
采用室温和高温拉伸试验,辅以断口分析和组织观察,对室温和150℃下不同Nd含量的镁合金AZ91的抗拉强度和延伸率等力学性能进行研究,得出镁合金AZ91的力学性能随Nd含量的变化关系。结果表明,随着稀土元素Nd的增加,抗拉强度先增加后降低且在Nd含量为1%时达到最大值,延伸率逐渐降低。加入适量的Nd可改善镁合金AZ91的力学性能,使其满足高温下的应用要求。
The mechanical properties of Mg alloy AZ91 with different content of Nd at room temperature and 150℃, such as tensile strength and elongation are investigated by the tensile tests at room temperature and high temperature together with fracture analysis and microstructure observation, and the relationship between Nd content and the mechanical properties of Mg alloy AZ91 is found out. The results show that the tensile strength is increased firstly and then decreased after the peak appears at 1% Nd and the elongation is gradually decreased with the increase of Nd content. With the suitable content of the Nd addition, the tensile strength and elongation of Mg alloy AZ91 are improved and the appliance requirements at high temperature are reached.
