Indium Deposition by Neutralization from Oxygen Pressure Leaching Solution with High Indium Content

摘要 研究用焙砂预中和-硫化锌精矿还原-石灰石粉中和沉铟工艺从含铟锌精矿加压浸出液中富集铟的过程。结果表明,预中和焙砂用量为理论量的1.3倍,还原锌精矿用量为理论量的2.2~2.3倍,中和石灰石粉用量为理论量的2.0倍,在试验条件,溶液中铟的直收率高达97%以上,沉铟渣中铟的品位高达0.1%以上。 The process of calcine preneutralization-zinc concentrate reduction-limestone neutralization for indium precipitation from pressure leaching solution of zinc concentrate with indium content is investigated. The results show that under the experimental conditions with optimal dosage of the additives, preneutralization calcine1.3 times, reduction zinc concentrate 2.2- 2.3 times, neutralization limestone double of stoichiometry, the direct recovery of indium is more than 97 %, and the indium content in sediment is more than 0.1%.
