摘要
采用阴离子交换分离除钴,研究准确测定各种钴盐中痕量钙的分析方法。结果表明,200mg钴经阴离子交换分离可以除去99.95%以上,交换后残留钴〈100μg,完全不影响用原子吸收光谱法测定钙。按试验条件交换分离、测定,加标回收率在93.80%~100.80%之间。对含量〈10μg/g钙的试样,标准偏差S在5.21×10^-5~1.06×10^-4,RSD为8.64%~15.76%。试样分析结果与等离子光谱法测定结果完全一致。方法准确度高,分析结果稳定、操作比较简便并且不需要贵重仪器。
The accurate determination method of trace calcium in cobalt salts is investigated by cobalt elimination with the anion exchange separation. The experiment results indicate that more than 99.95 % is removed from the sample with 200mg cobalt through the anion exchange, and the remainder cobalt is less than 100μg, it will not interfere with the determination of the trace calcium by AAS. The recoveries of adding standard are in the range of 93.80 % - 100.80 % by separating and determining under the experiment conditions. The standard deviations S are between 5.21×10^-5-1.06×10^-4 with the respective RSD between 8.64% - 15.76% . The sample analysis results are consistent with the plasma spectra analysis results. This analysis method shows high accuracy and generates stable results. The process of the operation is simple and no costly apparatus is needed.
