摘要
用光栅看谱镜和棱镜看谱镜分析钛合金及成分元素锰、铬、锆的特征谱线,研究钛合金中锰、铬、锆元素的定性分析、半定量分析方法。锰、铬、锆元素可分别使用Mn 475.40谱线组、Cr 520.45谱线组和Zr 473.95谱线组进行定性和半定量分析。
The visible spectrum of titanium and manganese, chromium, zirconium are analyzed with grating spectroscope and prism spectroscope. The examinatoin method for manganese, chromium and zirconium in Ti-base alloy by spectroscopic analysis are investigated. The Mn 475.40, Cr 520.45 and Zr 473.95 spectrum group can be utilized for qualitative analysis and semi-quantitative analysis on manganese, chromium and zirconium in Ti-based alloy, respectively.
