摘要
以聚砜为基质材料,选用不同成孔添加剂,纺制了用于连续界面聚合制备中低压反渗透中空纤维复合膜的基膜,研究探讨了不同添加剂对基膜结构和性能的影响.结果表明,采用复合添加剂可以大大提高基膜的水通量;且水通量随铸膜液中聚砜含量的增加而减小,随复合添加剂含量的增加而增加,随芯液中溶剂含量的增加而下降.
Using polysulfone (PSf) as membrane material, PSf hollow fiber membranes are prepared with different kinds of additives, the membrane is used as substrate membrane for eontinuously interfaeial polymerize mid-low pressure RO hollow fiber eomposite membranes. The effeets of different kinds of additives on the structure and performanees of the membrane are investigated. The results indieat that eomposite additives ean greatly inerease the permeate flux of the substrate membrane, the permeate flux deerease when the eontent of PSf inerease, the permeate flux inerease when the eontent of eomposite additives inerease, and the permeate flux deerease when the eontent of solvent in bore liquid inerease.
