摘要
在pH值为3.2-6.2 NaOAc-HOAc缓冲介质中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠分别与硫酸庆大霉素(GEN)、硫酸妥布霉素(TOB)、硫酸卡那霉素(KANA)、硫酸新霉素(NEO)等氨基糖苷类抗生素相互作用形成缔合物,在320,340,420和470 nm有4个散射峰.GEN,TOB,KANA和NEO的浓度分别在0.072 0-5.04,0.128-7.04,0.240-4.80,0.076 0-6.84 mg/L与共振散射强度成正比,检出限分别为0.010,0.031,0.090,0.070 mg/L.该法有好的选择性和灵敏度,用于市售庆大霉素注射液、片剂和胶囊的测定,结果比较满意.
In the pH 3.2-6.2 NaOAc-HOAc buffer medium, some aminoglycoside antibiotics, such as gentamicin ( GEN), tobramycin (TOB) , kanamycin (KANA) and neomycin (NEO) can interact with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfate (SDBS) respectively and produce ion association substances, and four scattering peaks are formed at 320,340, 420 and 470 nm. The resonance scattering intensities are proportional to concentration of GEN in 0. 072 0-5.04 mg/L, TOB in 0. 128-7.04 mg/L, KANA in 0.240-4.80 mg/L and NEO in 0. 076 0-6.84 mg/L, their detection limits are 0.010, 0.031, 0.090 and 0.070 mg/L, respectively. This method has good selectivity and sensitivity, which is successfully applied to analysis of gentamycin in commercial injection tablets and capsules with satisfactory results.
