摘要
论述了以人为本的图书馆个性化服务的重要意义,论证了个性化服务是实现以人为本的集中体现,指出个性化服务应注意的问题。
This paper expounds the important significance of people-based individualized service of library, demonstrates that the individualized service is the integral externalization of implementing the people-based concept, and points out some problems needing attention in the individualized service.
