摘要
企业的薪酬体系必须与企业的经营战略相适应,战略性薪酬制度为企业吸引和留住员工、提升竞争力、保证企业市场地位起到至关重要的作用。通过对战略性薪酬管理定义、特征的分析,提出了制定企业战略性薪酬制度的策略。
The compensation and benefit system of enterprise must fit in with the business strategy of the enterprise. The strategic compensation and benefit system plays an important role in attracting and keeping employees, promoting the competency and guaranteeing the market position of enterprise. This paper analyzes the definition and characteristics of strategic compensation and benefit management, and puts forwards some measures for establishing the compensation and benefit system of enterprise.
