摘要
企业业绩评价方法正被越来越多的国内企业作为一种重要的管理工具所采用。简单地介绍了企业业绩评价工具,提出了企业选用业绩评价管理工具的方法。
This performance evaluation method of enterprise has been adopted by domestic enterprise as an important management tool. This paper introduces the tools for the performance evaluation of enterprise, and advances some methods for enterprise＇ s selecting the tools for the performance evaluation.
