摘要
本文介绍了ABB AC500型PLC在石灰窑监控系统中的应用。PLC除了用于对现场仪表的数据采集和处理以外,还用来完成对现场的机械设备的连锁自动控制。此外,工控组态软件iFIX作为一种标准的人机界面(HMI)被用于监控工业生产的动态过程。
This paper discusses the application of ABB AC500 PLC in the process monitoring and control for limekiln production. The PLC is mainly utilizes for collecting process data as well as realizing autocontrolling of field mechanism. In addition, iFIX configuration software with a Human man-Machine Interface （HMI） is used to monitor the dynamical industrial process.
