摘要
髓鞘碱蛋白(MBP)是特异地位于中枢神经系统白质髓鞘上的一种碱性蛋白质。以牛脑MBP为抗原,制备了兔抗血清,以^(125)I经氯胺-T法标记MBP,建立了灵敏度达2.0μg/L的检测方法。初步应用于神经外科,发现血清和脑脊液中MBP的变化与这些疾病的病情变化及预后有密切关系。血清和脑脊液中MBP的检测有可能成为反映中枢神经组织损伤的一个有用的指标。
Myelin basic protein (MBP) is specifically located on the membrane of central nervous system (CNS)myelin. Bovine MBP was used as standard antigen to raise rabit antiserum,and labeled the MBP with 125I,thus setting up a radioimmunoassay method to detect MBP in patients' serum and CSF. Then this method was used in neurosurgical disease patients,the levels of MBP in CSF and serum were well correlated with the patients' clinical signs and prognosis. The detection of serum and CSF MBP may be a good method to show CNS injury and its prognosis.
