摘要
针对三峡右岸送出工程中,大坝161.00 m高程挂点至厂房立柱间7个松弛孤立档的架线施工,设计制定了装配式架设孤立档导线的施工方案。通过对实际档距、高差、基本弧垂、基本线长、耐张绝缘子及导线受力拉伸造成的线长增量的精确测量、计算,最终确定断线长度。在120栈桥上进行断线、压接等工序;利用空中循环引绳进行循环牵引挂线,减少了常规方法中紧线、高空压接等工序,加快了施工进度。
The seven flabby isolated-span conductor between the point at altitude 161.00 m of the huge dam and vertical post in factory building is erected and constructed on Sanxia You'an Power Transmission Project. The construction scheme of isolated-span conductor with fitting-erecting is designed and drawed up. The broken length is certained finally after accurately measured and calculated to the actual span, difference of height, fundamental sag, essential length of the conductor and conductor length increment, which caused by strain insulators and stretching of conductor. The tension stringing and overhead connection in traditional method is decreased and the rate of construction progress is raised through the process of break and compressive connection of the conductor on 120 loading bridge, drawing and stringing the wire technic using lead wire cycling overhead.
