针对世界各国风电发展的概况作了综述,同时分析了风电的发展方向应该是小容量向大容量转变,定桨矩向变桨矩和变速恒频转变,风力发电成本由高到低以及陆上风力发电向海上风力发电转变等。
After summarizing the global development of wind power geeration, the wind power generation development trend is proposed, which includes the changes from small capacity to large capacity, from fixed pitch blades to variable pitch blades with variable speed and constant frequency, from high cost to low cost and from onshore to offshore etc..
