Opened Aditus ad Antrum Replacing Obstructed Eustachian Tube

对因耳咽管阻塞引起的渗出性中耳炎患者行乳突切除术,使鼓窦口向外耳道开放,用开放的鼓窦口替代已阻塞的耳咽管向中耳通气。治疗4耳渗出性中耳炎(胶耳),再与相应的中耳成形术相结合,治疗2耳粘连性中耳炎及1耳伴耳咽管阻塞的慢性化脓性中耳炎,术后听力提高18～32dB。术后经6个月随访,听力保持稳定。

Mastoidectomy was performed on four patients with secretory otitis media with good results. The aditus ad antrum were opened to external canal in order to establish permanent aeration for serous otitis media with malfunction of the eustachian tube. Mastoidectomy combined with tympanoplasty had been used to treat cases of adhesive otitis media and 1 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media with obstructed eustachian tube. Postoperative follow-up for 6 months showed stable hearing gain of 18-32 dB in all the 7 patients.
