摘要
研究了42CrMo合金钢的磨粒磨损行为与机制;探讨了载荷、速度等参数对其磨损性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:42CrMo的磨损量随着载荷的增加而增大,且载荷超过50N后,磨损曲线出现明显的拐点,表明磨损失重随载荷的加大而增加的趋势有所减缓;随着速度的提高磨损量呈增加趋势,尤其在高载荷的条件下该趋势更为明显。42CrMo的主要磨损机理是微观切削和多次塑变磨损,且在重载高速时,还伴有微观断裂磨损现象。
The abrasive wear behavior and mechanism of alloy 42CrMo are researched, and the influence of normal load and sliding speed on the wear properties is discussed in the paper. The research results show that the wear rate of 42CrMo increases with the normal load. The wear curve occures an obvious inflexion, as the normal load is more than 50N, which indicates that'the increasing trend of wear rate decreases with the load. The wear rate of 42CrMo increases when the sliding speed increases, especially; the in- creasing trend becomes intense at heavy load conditions. The main wear mechanisms of 42CrMo are micro-cutting and multi-plastic deformations as well as micro.cracking wear at heavy load.
