摘要
为了研究大跨度、松软破碎顶板、高应力等特殊条件下的工作面切眼冒落问题,对该特殊条件下的荆各庄矿11煤层2313工作面锚杆支护切眼的冒落原因进行了详细分析。分析结果表明:采动影响、煤柱处产生的集中应力和水平主地应力叠加是引起冒落的主要原因;顶板岩层强度低、辅助支护方式不合理等也是引起冒落的原因。因而需要采取针对性的防止冒落措施,在搞清这类特殊巷道地质条件及围岩应力分布的基础上,进行巷道基本支护和辅助支护设计,并加强巷道矿压观测及支护理论研究,以确保该类特殊巷道的安全正常使用状态。这些措施对于防止该类特殊巷道冒落具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to study the breakage of starting cut in the working face under the special conditions of big span, soft, fragmentized roof with high stress, the paper gives a detailed analysis of the breakage causes of starting cut with bolting under the special conditions in 2313 face, No.ll coal seam, Jinggezhuang Coal Mine. The analysis results show that moving pressure effect, the superposition of concentrated stress from coal pallor and primary in-situ stress from horizon are the main causes leading to breakage. Low strength roof strata and unreasonable assistant supporting manner etc. are also the causes lead to breakage. So the relevant measures need to be taken to prevent breakage, we should carry out and assistant supporting design on the basis of understanding geological conditions and surrounding rock stress contribution of this type of special roadway, strengthen roadway strata control observation and supporting theory study, ensure the safe and normal using state of this type of special roadway. It has a certain reference significance for preventing breakage of this type special roadway.
