摘要 为了克服传统的土地利用图件更新技术的弊端,从当前土地利用动态监测的实际要求出发,采用理论研究与系统开发相结合的方法,提出了基于"3S"技术的土地利用图件更新的总体方案,利用遥感技术快速发现变化的地块,用GPS快速准确地测定更新信息,最终在GIS环境下实现土地利用图件的更新,并开发了相应的土地利用动态监测原型系统。该方案投入小,效率高,对于市、县级土地监管部门快速准确掌握土地利用数据具有现实意义。 An overall scheme about updating the land use maps based on 3S techniques is put toward according to the actual requirements in dynamic monitoring for land use at present by using the method combined with theory research and system development in order to overcome the disadvantages in conventional technique. The changed land parcels can be detected rapidly by means of remote sensing technique, and the updated information can be determined accurately and precisely with GPS, too, so that maps updating for land use in GIS environment is realized and that the corresponding prototype dynamic monitoring system for land use is developed at last. The scheme is lower in investment, higher in efficiency and has a practical significance to grasp the data rapidly and accurately in land use for land supervising departments of city or county level.
