The Empirical Analysis of Industrial Cluster in China

中国工业在1995年至2005年间呈现出地理集聚加速的状态,并且偏向东部地区集聚。这一方面表明中国市场化改革已取得重大进展,资源利用效率得到提高;另一方面,中国工业过度向东部地区集聚将导致中西部地区工业"空心化",造成地区发展差距扩大。当前产业政策的重点应当是引导东部地区劳动力密集型产业向中西部地区转移,以实现东部地区产业结构升级和各地区的协调发展。

The authors think that the level of industrial cluster in china has enhanced during the period 1995 - 2005.At the same time, the area of industrial duster was the east area. It indicates that the reform of market has made good winning, and the using efficiency of resource has improved. But it induces that there were not industries in the west and middle area. The industry policy is to lead in the industry transfer and harmony development.
