摘要
对非市场互动进行经济学分析有助于描述个体行为与社会结构约束的内在关联。关系网络是理解中国社会结构、中国人心理与行为特征的一个核心概念。本文以浙商成长为例进行分析,认为企业家的成长根植于企业家的关系网络。
Individuals' behavior embeds the certain society relation. Through the economics analysis to the non-market interaction will contribute to describe the intrinsic mechanism of the interaction of individual' behavior and social structure. The Network of Relationship is a core concept to comprehend the Chinese social structure and Chinese mental state and the behavior characteristic. The authors consider the growth of entrepreneur rooted in the entrepreneurs' network. The analysis gives examples of the growth of Zhejiang entrepreneurs.
