综合计划管理系统是国家电网公司"SG186"工程的试点项目,系统遵循"两级中心、三层应用"的建设思路,采用J2EE技术路线和三层B/W/S模型结构,具有较强的数据交换功能和完备的安全机制,可以为电网企业综合计划管理提供集中、高效的信息平台和工作平台,实现综合计划管理工作的信息化。
Comprehensive plan management system（CPMS） is a experiment site project of the ＂SG186＂ project of state grid corporation.The construction principle of CPMS is＂two center,three Application＂. Function of data exchange of CPMS is powerful and system is safe. CPMS can provide a unified information platform and efficient working platform for comprehensive plan management.
