摘要
分析了2007年河南省的经济发展、重点行业发展等相关电力市场外部环境,并对全省1～8月份电力供需状况进行了论述。通过对影响未来电力需求因素的详细分析,采用多种方法预测2008～2012年电力负荷,并对未来五年河南省的电力供需形势进行了预测。由于负荷预测基于对大用户及重点行业发展趋势的详尽分析,因此该预测成果对河南省未来五年的电源建设和电网规划具有重要参考作用。
The paper analyses the exterior surroundings of the electricitg market of Henan during 2007,The position of the electricity supply and the demand from Jan. to Aug. in 2007 is demonstrated, By analysing the factors that affects the electricity demand in the future, the load from 2008 to 2012 and the power supply ＆ demand in future 5 years is forecasted by many methods. As the load forecasting is based on the thorough analysis of the development trends of many large load users and important industries, the forecasting results play an important role in the power construction and the planning of Henan electric power system in future 5 years.
