绞吸挖泥船输送系统沿程压降优化计算方案 被引量:2

摘要 在讨论绞吸挖泥船输送系统中的沿程压降时,传统水力学特定经验公式往往只适用于特定土质范围,而绞吸挖泥船适应的土质范围很广,实际应用中常出现选取的公式遇到不适应土质时计算结果误差过大的现象,有时为保证最大适用范围不得不采用均质流公式。针对此局限性,提出一种根据不同土质选用适当公式的优化方案。模拟试验结果表明,采用此方案后,在绞吸挖泥船常见土质范围内计算精度明显提高。 In discussing the pressure drop in the pipeline of a cutter suction dredger transportation system, the traditional hydraulics specific empirical formula is usually only applicable to specific soil quality, but cutter suction dredger can be used in a wide range of soil. In practical application, we often get a big error in the calculation result when a formula not suited to the soil is selected. Sometimes we have to apply a homogeneous flow formula for 'maximum applicable range. Considering this limitation, we propose an optimization program, in which we select appropriate formula according to different soil. Simulation results show that the accuracy of calculation has been improved remarkably within common soil ranges of the cutter suction dredger due to application of this program.
