摘要
港航部门的扩张对自然环境会产生多种不利影响。生态型港航系统可以实现环境质量和经济利益的恰当平衡,应该成为目标选择,并通过在建设期和运营期的相应策略来实现。河北省的秦皇岛和曹妃甸代表不同类型的港区,对其生态型港航系统的研究可在该系统建设中发挥示范作用。
The expansion of port and waterway system will bring about an unfavorable influence on the natural environment. Ecological port ＆ waterway system can realize a proper balance between the quality of environment and economic profit. As a target, ecological port ＆ waterway system should be promoted by corresponding measures during construction stage and operation period. Qinh Hebei Province represent different kinds of port areas, and the research on the uangdao Port and Caofeidian Port in ecological port ＆ waterway system of them may play a leading role in formation of this system.
