On the basis of the definition of ＂trans-positional thinking＂, the interpersonal relationship and harmonious society, this pa- per emphatically elaborated and analyzed the dialectical relations about ＂trans-positional thinking＂, the improvement and optimization of interpersonal relationship and the construction of harmonious society as well as their unified approachs. The ＂trans-positional thinking＂ is the essential prerequisite and important factor of the improvement and optimization of interpersonal relationship. The improvement and optimization of interpersonal relationship is the inevitable result of ＂trans-positional thinking＂, is the necessary condition of constructing harmonious society, is the bridge and the link between ＂trans- positional thinking＂ and the construction of harmonious society.
