To the undergraduates with the similar intelligence levels, non-intelligence factors have the important effects on their English learning. On the basis of studying the implication, characteristics and function of non-intelligence, the paper refers some ways to optimize students＂ non-intelligence factors in order that exploring English learning latent energy and improving learning effects for much better during college English teaching.
