摘要
教师职业倦怠是指教师不能顺利适应工作压力时的一种极端反应,是教师伴随于长期压力体验下而产生的情感、态度和行为的衰竭状态。这种倦怠心理对教师的身心健康、学生的个性发展以及课堂的教学质量都构成了巨大威胁。该文紧紧围绕社会、学校、教师和学生等方面有针对地对高校教师职业倦怠心理提出了克服对策,以期为高校教师的专业化发展道路提供切实保障。
The teacher's occupational burnout refers to one kind of extreme reaction that the teacher can't adapt the working pressure smoothly, is the status of failure in the emotion, attitude and behavior under the long-term pressure experience. This kind of psychology produces the great threat to teacher's physical and mental health, student's personality development as well as teaching quality of the classroom. This article proposed the overcoming countermeasures aiming at the teacher's occupational burnout, which will provide the practical guarantee for the teacher's professional development in colleges and universities.
