摘要
本文采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+乙腈+乙酸-乙酸钠(pH4.5)缓冲液为流动相,使用以LunaC18(2)、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,在237nm波长下对盐酸吗啉胍进行分离和定量分析。结果表明在10~52μg/mL浓度范围内呈线性,相关系数值为0.9997,测得回收率为99.59%,标准偏差为0.077;变异系数为0.38%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of moroxydine hydrochloride by HPLC with methanol and acetonitrile and HAc-NaAc (pH4.5) solution as mobile phase, Luna C18 (2) , 5μm column and UV at 237nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the average recovery was 99.59%, the satandard deviation was 0.077; the coefficient of variation was 0.38%.
