腺性膀胱炎211例诊治分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cystitis Glandularis:A analysis of 211 Cases

目的总结腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法对211例腺性膀胱炎患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾分析。结果病变位于膀胱三角区及颈口185例、膀胱侧壁13例、前壁2例、后壁7例、顶部4例。7例给予保守治疗，3例获得随访，时间为3个月～2年，抗感染治疗后症状缓解；手术患者204例，采用经尿道电切、膀胱部分切除和膀胱全切，其中168例获得随访，时间为8个月～9年。143例未见复发，25例复发。结论腺性膀胱炎是一种膀胱黏膜的增生性病变，分型多样，治疗应根据病因及类型选择不同的方法。

Objective To approach the method of diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 211 cases （ 124 males and 87 females） of cystitis glandularis was made. Results The lesions were located at the trigone and bladder neck in 185 cases, at lateral wall of bladder in 13 cases, at anterior wall in 2 cases, at posterior wall in 7cases, at apex of bladder in 4 cases. Of the 211 cases, 7 were treated conservatively, 3 cases were followed up for 3 to 24 months, and their symptoms were remitted by anti - infectious therapy. And 204 were treated by transurethral resection, partial cystectomy, or total cystectomy, of which 168 cases were followed up for 8 months to 9 years. There were 143 cases with no recurrence, and 25 eases with recurrence, Conclusion Cystitis glandularis is a proliferative disorder of the bladder mucosa, with many and variant types. It should be treated according to different etiological factors and types.
