我国儿童卫生保健管理工作面临的问题及对策

Problems of Child Health Care in China and the Countermeasures

近年来,我国儿童的健康水平明显提高,但仍存在一些问题:对儿童保健的意识不高、城乡儿童生长发育水平不平衡、流动儿童保健水平较低、对儿童精神卫生和心理行为问题重视不够。政府要进一步加强儿童保健工作的管理,增加对基层尤其是农村地区儿童保健的投入,加强儿童保健指导部门建设,以儿童保健服务的社会需求为目标,开展多层次、全方位、全程、高质量的儿童保健综合服务与管理。

The health status of children in China has been improved greatly in recent years. However some problems still exist such as low awareness of child health care. Imbalanced levels of growth and development of children between the rural and the urban areas, lower level of health care for children of floating population and non - enough attention paid to the problems of child mental health and psychological behavior. So the government should enhance the child health care management, increase the investment to the grass roots especially in rural areas, and develop a comprehensive service and management of child health care that is in multi - levels and all round ways, with a high quality during the whole course.
