微生态疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染临床效果及组织学变化

Effect of therapy of microecosystem on helicobacter pylori infection

目的观察复合乳酸菌胶囊对幽门螺杆菌的治疗作用。方法胃溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者59例分为治疗组22例,给予奥美拉唑口服1周,复合乳酸菌胶囊和硫糖铝口服4周。对照组37例口服奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素1周,硫糖铝4周。疗程结束后4周复查胃镜和14C-呼气试验,观察溃疡愈合率和幽门螺杆菌根除率,同时观察治疗前后胃黏膜中性粒细胞浸润程度变化情况。结果治疗组溃疡愈合率为86.36%,对照组91.89%;幽门螺杆菌根除率治疗组为72.73%,对照组81.08%;2组比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。黏膜中性粒细胞浸润程度2组均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊在治疗幽门螺杆菌感染方面的作用与抗生素相似,应进一步扩大总结与应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of lactobacillus complex capsules on helicobacter pylori（Hp）. Methods The observed 59 cases who suffered from stomach ulcer and infected with H. pylori were divided into two groups（control group and treatment group）, The treatment group （22 cases） was served with omeprazole for one week, lactobacillus complex capsules plus ulcerlmin for four weeks. The control group （37 cases） was served with omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithmmycin for one week, ulcerlmin for four weeks. When four weeks after the course of treatment, 14C-Urea Breath Test and gastroscope were re - examined, and the ulcer healing rate, Hp eradication rate and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration in gastric mucosa before and after treatment were observed. Results In the treatment group and control group, the stomach ulcer healing rates were 86.36% and 91.88% and the Hp eradication rates were 72.73% and 81.08%, respectively, Compared with the control group, the healing rates and the eradication rates in the treatment group had no significant difference （ P 〉0. 05 ）. The degree of inflammatory cell infiltration in mucosa was better improved after treatment in the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）, Conclusions The effect of lactobacillus complex capsules on controlling Hp infection is similar to that of antibiotics.
