癌基因与热疗及抗癌药物阿霉素敏感性的关系

摘要 癌基因很可能左右着瘤细胞对各种治疗的反应性,本研究将6大类癌基因的代表性基因导入到NIH3T3细胞中,使其发生转化,利用这些只含有1个活化癌基因的细胞调查了它们对阿霉素(Adriamycin,ADM)的敏感性。结果表明细胞对ADM的敏感性因导入癌基因的种类不同而不同,癌基因产物可能影响着ADM的摄取和排泄,加温(42℃)可消除癌基因对细胞的这种影响力。 Oncongene might influence the reactivity of tumor cells in all kinds of treatment. The representative oncogenes of six kinds were directed into NIH3T3 cells to make the cells transfected. By utilizing the cells containing one kind activated oncogene,the sensitivity to adriamycin(ADM) was varied with different oncogenes in the cells. The products of oncogene might influence the intake and discharge of ADM. By heating(42℃),the influence of oncogenes on cells might disappear.
