摘要
本实验通过离体蟾蜍、大鼠心脏灌流方法观察不同浓度酒精对心脏收缩活动的影响,并探讨其作用机制。结果表明:①酒精减慢离体蟾蜍心脏活动节律,但对最大收缩张力、搏出量和心输出量无明显影响。②酒精对离体大鼠心脏收缩活动有明显影响,可浓度依赖性地降低最大收缩张力、减慢心率和减少冠脉流量。提示,酒精抑制心脏收缩功能,可能是通过其收缩冠脉血管。
The effects of ethanol on the contraction of isolated hearts from toad and rat, and the underlying mechanism were studied. The results showed that:①for the toad heart ethanol lowered the heart rate,but showed no effects on the maximum isometric tension,the stroke volume and the cardiac output; ②ethanol affected the contractile activity of rat heart significantly,as manifested by decreases in maximum isometric tension,heart rate and coronary blood flow in a dose-dependent manner.The results suggest that ethanol may depress the contractile function of isolated heart significantly through the decrease in coronary blood flow induced by contraction of coronary smooth muscle.
