青少年学生吸烟饮酒及其他药物使用的现状调查

Survey on smoking, drinking alcohol and other drug uses among adolescent students in Heze

目的了解青少年学生吸烟饮酒及其他药物使用的现状,为预防吸烟饮酒对青少年身体的危害提供数据。方法以菏泽市6所学校的1699名青少年学生为研究对象,采用修订的青少年危险行为调查问卷。结果51.4%的学生吸过烟,14.2%的学生近期内吸烟,8.0%的学生经常吸烟,12.8%的学生尝试过戒烟,15.5%的学生在13岁前就吸过1整支烟。76.5%的学生喝过酒,36.7%的学生近期内喝酒,27.7%的学生喝醉,37.1%的学生在13岁前饮酒。6.5%的人未经医生许可私自服用镇静安眠类药物,6.2%的人对服用过的药物有依赖。在吸烟、饮酒及其他药物使用的得分上,大学生高于高中生,高中生高于初中生。男生明显高于女生,农村学生普遍高于城市学生(P<0.01)。结论青少年学生吸烟饮酒及其他药物使用的情况较为普遍,学校应针对青少年学生不同年龄阶段的特点,开展有针对性的健康教育,以减少吸烟饮酒对其的危害。

Objective To study the prevalence of smoking, drinking alcohol and other drug uses among adolescent students in Heze. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1699 students in 6 schools and college, using the Youth Risk Behavior Survey Questionnaire （YRBSQ, revised ）. Results Among the surveyed students, 51.4% had ever tried smoking cigarette, 14.2% had smoked a whole cigarette ≥1 of 30 days preceding the survey, 8.0% had been smoking ≥1 a whole cigarette every day preceding the survey, 12.8% had tried quitting smoking during one year preceding the survey, 15.5 % had smoked a whole cigarette before age of 13 years. 76.5 % had expeienced drinking alcohol, 36.7% had drunk alcohol≥1 of 30 days preceding the survey, 27.7% had been in drink ≥1 times in 30 days preceding the survey, 37.1% had drunk before age of 13 years. 6.5 % had reported that they had used sedative- hypnotics without doctors＇ permixsion, 6.2% depended on thcxse drugs. In smoking, drinking alcohol and other drug uses, the .scores of the college students were significantly higher than those of the senior middle school students who were signifi- cantly higher than those of the junior middle school students, the scores of boys were significantly higher than those of girls, the students in country had significantly higher scores than those in town （P〈0.01）. Conclusion h should be attached importance to the prevalence of drinking alcohol and other drug uses among adolescent students in Heze by implementing health education acc,）rding to the adolescents＇ characteristics to reduce the harm to them.
