摘要
目的了解健康教育前后学生对艾滋病相关知识、态度等方面的改变,并进行相应的效果评价,以探索适合大学校园内艾滋病相关的健康教育模式。方法采用随机抽样的方法,分别对艾滋病相关教育前后870名大学生进行了艾滋病相关知识态度问卷调查。结果健康教育后,校园内大学生对艾滋病基本知识、传播途径、预防措施的认知有明显的提高(P<0.05),但对一些较专业的知识及非传播途径的认知虽有不同程度的提高,但教育前后差异无统计学意义。对HIV/AIDS的态度改变不显著。结论在大学生中进行艾滋病相关知识的健康教育是非常必要及十分有效的。但对一些专业较强和非传播途径的认知水平还有待提高。在今后的艾滋病宣传教育中应具有针对性,着力开展反歧视活动和培养大学生的自我保护技能。
Objective To analyze the local college students changes on AIDS- related knowledge and attitude around the AIDS-related health education, and evaluate the corresponding effect. So as to explore a suitable (appropriate) AIDS-related health education model for campus in the local college. Methods Using random sampling method, 870 college students were investigated by AIDS- related knowledge questionnaire. The investigations were respectively carrying on the same content around the health education. Results The cognitive degree of college students to AIDS- related knowledge is relatively high levels. After the health education, the students had the varying degree enhancement to understanding relatively professional knowledge of AIDS. The cognitive degree of HIV dissemination and non-transmission channels have varying improvement (P〈0.05). However, the students' attitude to HIV/AIDS had no significant differences around the health education. Conclusion To the university students, the health education on AIDS relational knowledge is extremely essential and effective. But some measures must be taken to enhance the knowledge relatively professional and HIV non-transmission. In the future, HIV/AIDS-related health education should be targeted and focused on anti-discrimination activities and training students self-protection skills.
