摘要
目的了解云南少数民族地区大学生的心理健康的状况,为实施心理健康教育及干预提供依据。方法随机抽取云南省少数民族地区大学生932人,采用SCL90测量其心理健康状况。结果该地区大学生心理问题总检出率为16.8%,汉族与少数民族学生之间心理健康状况的差异无统计学意义,农村学生心理健康状况好于城市学生(P<0.05),非贫困学生心理健康状况好于贫困学生(P<0.05)。结论在该地区大学生心理水平较低,主要表现为强迫症、抑郁、人际敏感等方面。
Objective To know about the mental health status of university students in minority nationality area of Yunnan, to provide some reference for effective health education and intervention among university studentsin minority nationality area. Methods SCL - 90 was conducted among 932 university students randomly selected from minority nationality area of Yunnan. Results 16.8% of the students had some mental health problems. There was no significant difference on mental health status among Han nationality students and minority nationality students. Students from country had better mental health status than those come from city (P〈 0.05 ). Non-impoverished students was better than impoverished students ( P〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The mental health level of university students was lower in minority nationality area of Yunnan. The main mental problem was obsessive, sensitivity and depression.
