精对苯二甲酸装置溶剂脱水塔中对二甲苯累积量对分离效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件模拟计算了精对苯二甲酸(Pure Terephthalic Acid,PTA)装置中溶剂脱水共沸精馏塔内醋酸与水的分离过程,在此基础上研究回流中不同质量分数的对二甲苯(PX)在塔内的分布及其对塔釜加热负荷的影响。结合剩余曲线分析对二甲苯、水和醋酸正丁酯三元系统的分离特性。研究结果表明:在PTA生产中采用醋酸正丁酯为共沸剂进行醋酸和水的分离时,应该在对二甲苯质量分数积累到0.15时,在回流罐分相器上增加旁路来排放部分溶剂以降低系统内PX的质量分数。 A model for solvent dehydratic distillation in pure terephthalic acid process is established and embed in Aspen Plus and the influence of p-xylene mass fraction in reflux on the operation of solvent dehydratic distillation is simulated. By analyzing the residue curves of three key components, it is suggested that when n-butyl acetate is employed as the entrainer, a bypass should be used to control the mass fraction of p-xylene below 0. 15 by draining some solvent from the reflux drum.
