抗内皮细胞抗体在系统性红斑狼疮活动判定中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨IgG型抗内皮细胞抗体(IgG-AECA)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)活动判定中的意义。方法用间接免疫荧光法检测39例SLE活动期患者、25例SLE缓解期患者及25例健康对照者的血清IgG-AECA及其滴度。结果3组受试者血清IgG-AECA的阳性率间差别有统计学意义(P<0.001);且SLE活动组与对照组IgG-AECA的阳性率间差别有统计学意义(P<0.017)。SLE活动组和缓解组患者IgG-AECA的滴度间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SLE活动期患者血清IgG-AECA阳性率及其滴度均高于缓解期,故检测SLE患者血清IgG-AE-CA及滴度可作为SLE活动性指标之一。 Objective To investigate the significance of IgG - antiendothelial cell antibody ( IgG - AECA) in determining the activity of systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE ). Methods The serum IgG - AECA and its titer were determined by indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) technique in 39 active SLE patients, 25 remissive SLE patients and 25 healthy controls. Results There was a significant difference in positive rate of IgG - AECA among the patients in the three groups ( P 〈 0. 001 ) , and there were also significant differences between the patients of each two groups ( P 〈 0. 017 ). The titer level of IgG - AECA in patients of active group is higher than that in patients of remissive group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The levels of serum IgG - AECA and its titer in patients with active SLE are higher than those in patients with remissive SLE ; so the levels of serum IgG - AECA and its titer could De served as one of indexes to evaluate the activity of SLE .
