CT测量分析在鼻中隔矫正术中的应用

Application of CT Measurement in Septoplasty

目的应用CT测量分析法检测鼻创伤后鼻中隔偏曲的畸形程度,使鼻中隔偏曲矫正术成为量化和客观性的手术。方法应用CT测距软件对19例鼻外伤后鼻中隔偏曲患者手术前后进行二维CT图像的测量,测得水平位眶下孔基准平面、水平位畸形平面和冠切位畸形平面上的鼻中隔偏曲角度及其偏离值等指标,客观量化地予以术前评价和术后疗效评价。结果19例患者手术前后3个平面上的鼻中隔偏曲角度及其偏离值间差别有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于测距软件的CT测量分析法有助于术前正确评估鼻中隔偏曲程度和客观评价鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的疗效。

Objective To research the malformation degree of deviation of Nasal Septum using way of CT measurement. It is objectively benefit to quantificative analysis in Septoplasty. Methods We use the software of CT measured range （Radworks Cd -viewer software package） to measure the parameters of 19 DNS cases, The parameters include the deviation degree and the deviation data of the nasal septum on the benchmark plane of horizontal position of infraorbital foramen, the malformation plane of horizontal position and the malformation plane of coronal position on the preoperative and postoperative in 2D CT scan image. We can evaluate preoperation and postoperation objectively and quantificationally. Results The parameters of 19 cases can be evaluated the malformation degree of Nasal Septum in the preopertion. The measured parameters showed significant different respectively by paired - test between preoperation and postoperation. Conclusion It is benefit to evaluate the malformation degree in the preoperation correctively and the effect in the postoperation.
