医学科研管理学的学科建设——纪念《中华医学科研管理杂志》创刊20周年

Discipline construction of medical research management： commemorating 20th anniversary of publication of Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management

回顾20年来，《中华医学科研管理杂志》和医学科研管理学的学科建设的发展历程，总结了办刊与学科建设的基本经验。从医学科研管理学的学科特点出发，提出加强学科建设的必要性和可行性，从公知共识的最高层面的理论学习切入学科建设深层次的思考与理论思路。对办好杂志与学科建设的相互促进关系进行了阐述，提出进一步加强学科建设、提高杂志质量和水准的具体要求。

In this paper the author reviewed 20 year＇s development history of Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management and discipline construction of medical science research management as well summarized the basic experiences of running the publication and discipline construction. The necessity and the feasibility of strengthening the discipline construction were presented according to the specificity of medical science research management. Deepening consideration of the discipline construction was cutting in from learning of top theory of general knowledge. The correlation between running the publication and discipline construction was described and put forward requirement of strengthening the discipline construction and improving the level of the journal.
