摘要
我国制药业正处于由仿制向仿创结合的转轨阶段，本文重点探讨了制药技术创新阶段性的理论依据，并对我国制药技术创新投入与产出的现状进行了分析，提出了制药技术创新战略选择的方向和思路。
The pharmaceutical industry in our country is transforming from imitation to the stage of combining innovation with imitation. This paper discussed the theoretic bases of the stage characteristics and the status of input and output of technology innovation in chinese pharmaceutical industry, and provided the directions and suggestions to select technology innovation strategies.
