社会需求是决定医学科技成果能否成功转化的关键。医学科技成果难以推广转化的主要原因有：医学科技成果自身的特点；转化资金的严重短缺；缺乏专门的推广机构和技术经纪人；缺乏完善的激励机制；以及科技成果评估标准和利益分配制度不健全等。只有加速科研管理体制改革，彻底改变原有的不适应新形势的科研管理机制，变被动适应市场为主动寻找市场；多方筹措资金，解决研发人员的后顾之忧；建立完善的市场中介服务体系，打造一支高素质的科技成果推广专业队伍；建立健全合理的科技成果评估和利益分配制度，才能扭转医学科技成果推广转化难的问题。

Social requirements play an important rule in the transforming of medical science technology achievements The transforming process faced on some difficulties. The reasons for these difficulties to generalize and transform medical science technology achievements are： （1） influence from the characters of medical science technology achievements; （2） shortage of transformation funds;（3） deficiency in cognition with the importance in generalizing, applying, and transforming medical science technology achievements, and lacking of motivation and encouragement; （4） unsoundness in appraisal standard and profit distribution system, and so on.
