海南黎族人结核病流行因素的分析

Analysis of epidemiology of tuberculosis in Hainan Li ethnic group

目的:探讨影响海南黎族人结核发病的因素,为控制海南结核病疫情提供科学根据。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,在海南黎族人居住较多的市县随机选取结核患者130例作为本次调查的病例,另在上述地区选取233例非结核患者作为病例对照研究。对可能影响结核发病的因素进行分析。结果:影响结核病发病的因素有:居住环境、家庭经济收入、性别、酗酒、吸烟。结论:应加强海南黎族地区结核病防治的健康教育工作,采取综合性的结核病防治措施,引导全民共同遏制结核病疫情的流行。

Objective： To study the epidemiology of tuberculosis in Haina Li ethnic group and find evidence for the control and prevention of tuberculosis in Hainan province. Methods： Case control study design was adopted. 130 defined pulmonary tuberculosis patients of Li ethnic was selected randomly in cities and counties of Hainan province where the indigenous population dominated by Li ethnic group as study group, 233 healthy people of Li ethnic in the same district was found as control group. Factors might attribute to the incidence of tuberculosis were studied. Results： Epidemiologic factors were responsible for the incidence of tuberculosis included mainly： housing condition, family income, gender, alcoholism, cigarette smoking. Conclusion： Health education of the therapy and prevention of tuberculosis should be strengthened in Li ethnic group congregated area; comprehensive measures for the therapy and prevention of tuberculosis should be employed; all people should be guided to contain the prevalence of tuberculosis.
