新生儿窒息后左室射血分数与心肌损伤的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究新生儿窒息后左室射血分数与心肌损伤的关系。方法:应用美国百胜公司产CARISPLUS型彩色超声诊断仪及日本奥林巴斯AU400生化测定仪等,对30例窒息新生儿出生后1d、3d、7~10d不同时期左室射血分数及心肌酶测定,并以30例年龄、体重相近的正常新生儿作为对照组。结果:窒息新生儿左室射血分数明显低于正常,心肌酶明显高于正常。经治疗7~10d后心肌酶及左室射血分数逐渐恢复至正常对照组。结论:窒息缺氧可引起心肌损伤,心肌损害越重,心肌酶越高,左室射血分数越低,两者呈正相关,提示左室射血分数可用作反映窒息新生儿心脏受损的指标。 Objective: To study the relationship between ejection fraction of left ventricle and myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia. Methods: The ejection fraction of left ventricle and cardiac muscle enzyme were determined from 30 cases of newborns with asphyxia in lday, 3 days, 7 - 10 days after they were born by CARIS PLUS color ultrasonoscope (made by Baisheng company, USA)and Olympus AU400 biochemistry radiometer( made by Japan). 36 cases of normal newborns were as control group,who were close to the age and weight. Results: It was found that the ejection fractions of the left ventricles in asphyxia newborns were obviously lower and enzyme activities of cardiac muscle were obviously higher than those in normal. Both ejection fraction and enzyme activities were returned to normal gradually in 7-10 days medical treatment. Conclusion: Asphyxia and hypoxia might produce myocardial damage. It shows positive correlation between ejection fraction, enzyme activity and myocardial damage , It suggests that the ejection fraction of left ventricle can be an index to reflect the cardiac injury of asphyxia newborn.
