摘要
癫痫是由于多种病因引起的慢性脑部疾患，是以大脑皮质神经元群阵发性过度放电所致的突然、反复和短暂的中枢神经系统功能失调为特征。它是一种常见的神经系统疾病，发病率较高，有近30％的患者为顽固性癫痫。其中一部分病人可以通过手术治疗而获得显著疗效，但仍有一部分患者不适合手术治疗或手术治疗无效。
