垂体生长激素腺瘤治疗现状及预后分析 被引量：4

摘要 垂体生长激素腺瘤临床上表现为巨人症和肢端肥大症,与循环中高水平的生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子-1有关。因呼吸疾病、心脏病变及恶性肿瘤患病人数的显著增加,导致人类平均寿命缩短与病死风险升高。本文就近年垂体生长激素腺瘤的治疗及预后进行综述。
