摘要
采用ANSYS软件对由铸件毛坯所生产的支撑座零件进行了受力分析,借助分析结果并应用失效原理,提出了采用锻造工艺生产支撑座的方法,得到了安全系数更高的支撑座锻件结构。同时,提出了将左、右支撑座合二为一的一模两件的模锻工艺,并采用DEFORM-3D软件对其成形过程进行模拟仿真,预测了工艺的可行性,通过生产试制表明,该项工艺可行,且产品性能稳定可靠。
Structural stress analysis of cast-steel supporting pedestal was taken using ANSYS. According to the results of the analysis on a method to form supporting pedestal using forging process was proposed.The structure which make pedestal has higher safety factor, By the forging analysis, the left and right supporting pedestal are spliced at a certain angle and the forging process that two forging-steel parts formed in one die and left and right supporting pedestal united as one is developed. Furthermore, the forging process is simulated and the feasibility of this new process is forecasted using DEFORM-3D. The trial production indicates that the supporting pedestal formed by forging is feasible and the performance of the product is stable and credible.
